In accordance with Section 61F of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), Broxtowe Borough Council resolved at its meeting of the Cabinet on 4th October 2022 to re-designate the Bramcote Neighbourhood Forum for the Bramcote Neighbourhood Area.
Regulation 10 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), requires that the following information in relation to the re-designation of the Bramcote Neighbourhood Forum be published by the local planning authority:
- The name of the Neighbourhood Forum: Bramcote Neighbourhood Forum;
- A copy of the written constitution of the Neighbourhood Forum: This can be viewed on Broxtowe Borough Council’s website;
- The name of the Neighbourhood Area to which the designation relates: Bramcote Neighbourhood Area; and,
- Contact details for at least one member of the Neighbourhood Forum: Paul Nathanail (cpnathanail@hotmail.co.uk)
