We will also consider an informal pre application consultation by two developers for housing in neighbouring Toton next to the tram terminus.
We have emailed members of the forum this information and will send a link to the Zoom meeting shortly.

Where is the proposed site?

This is walking easterly from Baulk Lane Bridge.
Everything to the left (north) of the wooden fences is to be reworked
with landscaping, trees, a new road and parking, a Toton-like
substation, and control buildings, to be screened by fencing and trees.
(From the public footpath.)
The second picture shows more of where the road, parking, compound, and
control buildings are to be sited.
The third picture shows part of the extent of the two battery compounds
themselves that comprise 104 full-size shipping containers on concrete
plinths (up to the green hedge cutting diagonal across the neighbouring
field.
The fourth picture was taken from the aspect of looking from the boundary of the heritage site westwards across to Stapleford.
This shows the main extent of the two battery compounds which covers
most of this view.
Thank you to Martin Lomas for providing photographs and giving a
summary description as understood from the planning application plans.

Hello. How can I get involved? I live locally but Iām a transport planner and graduated in town planning so might be able to provide some useful input here and there. Thanks.
